Beta Reader Feedback

There are few things I hold more precious in life than beta-reader feedback. I think I speak for many writers when I say that getting feedback is great. Even if its not "Hey this is great" I love to hear it. Its the only way I can learn and improve. (and I hold no illusion that I don't need to improve) But when you get that beta-reader feedback that says you are great, or this was hard to put down, or this made me feel something. It's even better. I've had a few beta-readers in the past give me some of that awesome feedback. So here are some of their quotes. "Damn, the backstory on [Character] choked me up some " "Man you got the feeling of school down so well" "this snow scene is gut wrenching/
that snow scene was seriously playing in my head and I'm like this is actually terrifying." "Personally, I found the dialog to flow naturally" These are simple things for some. But I hold em close as they mean so much to me. They make me feel like maybe I can succeed. Maybe I am doing right despite having no idea what I'm doing.
